I’ve been going here since they opened, and I’ll continue to do so! Their prices are very reasonable, and they always do their best to accommodate my schedule - even when I walk in. I only get a standard pedicure, but the extra attention is awesome - hot towel, hot stone massage, and a very thorough cuticle treatment. Love them!!
This place has decent prices and they do a good job with basic gel mani/pedi. The women are all sweet and welcoming and it is a clean establishment
I bring my daughter here for her eyebrows and decided to get a pedicure. I was not satisfied with my service. I was greeted immediately and sat down to let my feet soak. The lady was too soft with my feet. Granted, I could’ve spoke up and asked her to scrub harder but I didn’t. The first problem was when she put my feet under the lamp to cure the clear gel polish. She shoved the dryer over my feet to where I could feel my big toe touch it, but I didn’t think anything of it. When she goes to put the 2nd layer of gel polish she tells me I messed up the big toe, that I hit the top of the dryer with my foot. I told her that happened when she shoved the lamp over my foot therefore messing up the clear polish. The 2nd problem was I went to pay and they don’t take cards. They need to get with the times. I had to use their atm and get charged $2 to get my money out. In a picture I’ll post on here you can see how my right foot is lower than the left foot on the foot rest, and yet my toes were still touching the top of the lamp because the lady was shoving it on my foot if that makes sense.
If you’re in the aramingo area, STAY FAR AWAY from this place!!!!! If I could honestly give this place no stars I would. So I found that they were 4.6 stars so I had to go check them out. So I called before I got there and asked if they take walk ins and she replied yes. I asked if they were busy she replied no. I informed her that I was 20 mins away. So my girlfriends and I get there and we sit down to get serviced. 1ST PROBLEM ! They only take cash, which is bad business! So the guy that serviced me was a bit rough and aggressive with my hands and which I told him. He asked if I wanted him to cut my nails down and I said no. He never reshaped my nails, they are the same squared shape that I went in there with. Also he never told me to wash my hands after applying acrylic which most nails salons tell you to do so. So I asked why not he stated I didn’t need it and I replied okay because I thought this was normal here. So we all get finished and the lady says for my refill it’s $45, my girlfriend’s pedicures were $45 a piece. So I immediately was confused as to how my refill was the same price as a pedicure. So the lady told me it was because of my length. She told me my length was mid size. So looking at the prices a refill is $30+. I didn’t get a design, so someone please tell me how the length of my nails was an extra $15 ??? Mind you the guy never touched up my cuticles or anything ! If you zoom in you can see the dead skin still sitting on the sides of my nails. Isn’t that the purpose of getting a refill to clean up the nail and the cuticle ??? Don’t waste your money here, they were also rushing which is also not a good look! WHOLE TIME ITS A OVERLAY REFILL !!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS !!! DO NOT GO HERE !!!! I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE, not worth the money !!!!
I’ve gone here before, but I never left this upset before. They always rush but this time I had 3 different people touch my nails, and none of them understood what was wrong. This is what they look like after they tried to fix em. They are sweet people but not nail techs. Stick to solid colors with get nail polish here.
